Horsham Denne Neighbourhood Council, one of the three Neighbourhood Councils – Denne, Forest and Trafalgar – have represented the views of Horsham residents for almost 50 years.
For decades, the volunteer members, with extensive local knowledge, worked quietly but effectively, behind the scenes, building strong working relationships with both Horsham District Council and West Sussex County Council, and were consulted on countless projects shaping positive change in our area.
Following the elections on 7th May 2026 Horsham Town Council has now been formed. For more information see their website: horshamtowncouncil.gov.uk
Horsham Denne Neighbourhood Council will have its final meeting, an Extraordinary General Meeting, on 4th June.
As from 12/6/26 this website will no longer be updated and will be closed down at the end of September 2026.

HDNC Supporting The Community
HDNC supports a number of local organisations aimed at improving the quality of life for all Horsham residents including HTCP (Horsham Town Community Partnership), the Friends of Horsham Park, and HDOPF (Horsham District Older People’s Forum), and we have taken an active part in the recruitment and ongoing work of the Horsham Town Wardens.
